Delivery Information
All items are picked, packed and despatched from our own UK warehouse. We take special care to ensure your item is packed in a professional and timely manner.
Same Day Dispatch.
We aim to dispatch majority of items the same day for orders before 11am Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Exclusions apply to deliveries to remote locations, heavy and large items requiring specialist couriers (e.g. Biminis). These items are dispatched within 1 working day.
Eligibility for FREE Delivery
FREE Delivery applies to UK Mainland Orders over £250, on eligible items only. Eligible products are smaller items that Royal Mail Postal Service will accept, within its size and weight limits.
Exclusions
Larger and heavier items not accepted by Royal Mail will be be sent on a Courier Service, and are excluded from the FREE Delivery offer. This is due to rising costs which we cannot absorb, and beyond our control.
If your order has both Royal Mail and Courier items, charges will be separately itemised on the Cart and Checkout pages. Any items eligible for FREE delivery will be clearly indicated, and no charges will be applied to them.
Click and Collect orders are currently suspended due to the current Pandemic crisis and lockdowns. All orders will be delivered via Postal or Courier service.
UK and European Deliveries
For UK Destinations using Postal Service, we use a 48 hour Royal Mail service.
For UK Destinations using Courier Service, we use a standard 48 hour service for most items. Very large items (e.g. Biminis) are sent using specialist couriers and can take up to 3 days for delivery.
For European Destinations, we ship on a 2-3 day service. For some destinations, e.g. Greece and Channel Islands, it can take 3-5 days to deliver.
Delivery Delays: In our experience, delivery times stated above are usually achieved in 97% of our deliveries. Delays do occur in a small number of circumstances which are outside our control, e.g. Christmas and New Year deliveries, and occasional delays by courier companies. If you have not received your item, in the first instance please use the tracking number provided in the confirmation to check status on the courier companies website.
Cost Effective Shipping
How Delivery Charges are Calculated:
Charges displayed at checkout is calculated automatically by our Shipping Calculator Program.
Our Shipping Calculator is intelligently programmed to compute the most cost effective method of shipping to your destination. Cost is computed on many factors such as:
- Type of product. Smaller items are sent on postal service. Larger items are sent on Courier service.
- Size and Number of items. Purchase multiple items that can be packed together, and you are only charged for the cost of packing all items in the smallest sized box(s).
- Delivery Location. Postal and Courier services vary charges based on specific locations. This can sometimes vary within the same country.
Not Able to Checkout:
If you have a delivery address the Shipping Calculator does not recognise it will not permit you to complete the purchase.
If this happens, send an email to sales@twosab.com, stating the delivery address and we will search and quote a custom shipping service, if available.
We do not accept orders on the website from International locations outside Europe.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
